We deliver across Kuala Lumpur & Selangor — including Petaling Jaya, Mont Kiara, Bangsar, Subang Jaya, Damansara and the greater Klang Valley. Our studio is in Bandar Sri Damansara.

Delivery is free for orders above RM250; below that, a flat RM15 delivery fee applies.

Standard orders are delivered within 1 working day. Next-day delivery applies to orders placed before 4:00pm — orders after 4:00pm are processed the following working day. Need it sooner? Same-day delivery is often available for early orders, subject to remaining slots.

Yes — if your address falls outside Kuala Lumpur & Selangor, we can often still arrange delivery. Just contact us on WhatsApp before ordering and we'll confirm availability and any additional delivery charge for your location.

Yes — choose your preferred delivery date at checkout, whether it's tomorrow or six months from now. For birthdays and anniversaries we'll arrange the morning of, so your flowers arrive at their freshest.

Often, yes. If you order early enough in the day, we can usually get flowers to your door the same day right across KL & Selangor — perfect for a birthday you nearly forgot, a heartfelt sorry, or an urgent condolence stand. We only take on what we can do beautifully, so same-day spots fill up fast — order as early in the day as you can.

Our studio is open Monday to Friday, 10:00am–6:00pm, and Saturday 10:00am–2:00pm (closed Sunday), and we deliver on those days. For Sunday or public-holiday delivery — especially time-sensitive condolence stands and grand openings — please let us know in advance and we'll do our best to arrange it.

Absolutely — bespoke design is what we love most. Tell us the occasion, colours, budget and any meaningful flowers, and our florists will design something one-of-a-kind. Just message us on WhatsApp to start.

Yes to both. We design auspicious grand opening flower stands (开张花篮) and respectful condolence wreaths & stands, with same-day or next-day delivery available across KL & Selangor for time-sensitive occasions.

Prices normally range from RM50 to RM1,000+ depending on size, blooms and occasion. Everyday and celebration bouquets sit at the lower end, while grand opening stands and condolence arrangements are quoted to your budget — tell us the occasion and how much you'd like to spend, and we'll design to fit. We currently accept FPX online banking (all major Malaysian banks). Credit & debit card payments are coming soon. For custom orders, payment is by bank transfer — we'll share our bank details over WhatsApp.

Every arrangement is hand-crafted the morning of delivery — fresh-cut from our partner farms, never pre-built. That's how we keep our blooms at their most beautiful when they reach your door.

Of course. Add your note at checkout and we'll include a hand-written card in our signature ivory wrap — in English or 中文, whichever you prefer.

Because we work with fresh, seasonal blooms, an exact stem may occasionally be unavailable. When that happens we substitute a flower of equal or greater value, keeping the overall style, palette and feel of your arrangement intact.

Because every arrangement is cut-to-order and hand-tied the morning of delivery, you can expect around five days of freshness with proper care — often longer for hardier blooms. We're so confident in our flowers that fresh-cut arrangements come with a five-day freshness guarantee, or we'll replace them.

As our flowers are fresh, perishable and made-to-order, all sales are final — sold items are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged. If there's any problem with your order, or a bloom arrives damaged, please contact us right away on WhatsApp +6012-452 2689 (or call the same number) with your order details and a photo — we'll always make it right. Our studio is at M2-19-06 Menara 2, 8Trium, Lot 62539, SD 23/5, Persiaran Cempaka, Bandar Sri Damansara, 52200 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia — visits by appointment for collections.

Working hours: Monday–Friday 10:00am–6:00pm, Saturday 10:00am–2:00pm, closed Sunday. Outside these hours, message us on WhatsApp anytime and we'll reply as soon as we're back.
