Where do you deliver?配送范围
We deliver across Kuala Lumpur & Selangor — including Petaling Jaya, Mont Kiara, Bangsar, Subang Jaya, Damansara and the greater Klang Valley. Our studio is in Bandar Sri Damansara.
Delivery is free for orders above RM280; a flat delivery fee applies below that, calculated at checkout by area.
我们的配送范围涵盖吉隆坡与雪兰莪全区 — 包括八打灵再也、满家乐、孟沙、梳邦再也、白沙罗及整个巴生谷地区。花坊位于斯里达迈镇（Bandar Sri Damansara）。订单满 RM280 即享免费配送；未达者按地区收取固定运费，结账时显示。
How soon can you deliver?送达时间
Standard orders are delivered within 3 working days. Need it sooner? Same-day & next-day delivery is often available — message us on WhatsApp to confirm slots before you order.
标准订单将于 3 个工作日内送达。如需更快，当天及隔日配送通常也可安排 — 下单前请先透过 WhatsApp 联系我们确认时段。
Can I schedule delivery for a future date?预约配送
Yes — choose your preferred delivery date at checkout, whether it's tomorrow or six months from now. For birthdays and anniversaries we'll arrange the morning of, so your flowers arrive at their freshest.
当然可以 — 结账时即可选择您希望的配送日期，无论是明天还是半年后。生日与纪念日的订单，我们会在配送当天清晨制作，确保鲜花以最新鲜的姿态送达。

Do you make custom arrangements?定制花艺
Absolutely — bespoke design is what we love most. Tell us the occasion, colours, budget and any meaningful flowers, and our florists will design something one-of-a-kind. Just message us on WhatsApp to start.

Do you do grand opening stands & condolence flowers?开张花篮 · 帛金花圈
Yes to both. We design auspicious grand opening flower stands (开张花篮) and respectful condolence wreaths & stands, with same-day or next-day delivery available across KL & Selangor for time-sensitive occasions.
两者皆可。我们设计寓意吉祥的开张花篮，以及庄重得体的帛金花圈与花架，并提供吉隆坡与雪兰莪全区当天或隔日配送，以应对紧急的时间需求。
What payment methods do you accept?付款方式
We accept FPX online banking (all major Malaysian banks), credit/debit cards, and e-wallet transfers. Paying for a custom order? We'll send a secure payment link over WhatsApp.
我们接受 FPX 网上银行（涵盖马来西亚各大银行）、信用卡／借记卡及电子钱包转账。定制订单将透过 WhatsApp 发送安全付款链接。
How fresh are the flowers?花材新鲜度
Every arrangement is hand-crafted the morning of delivery — fresh-cut from our partner farms, never pre-built. That's how we keep our blooms at their most beautiful when they reach your door.
每一束花皆于配送当天清晨亲手制作 — 花材由合作农场新鲜采摘，绝不预先组装。这正是我们让鲜花在送达时绽放最美姿态的秘诀。
Can I add a personal message card?贺卡留言
Of course. Add your note at checkout and we'll include a hand-written card in our signature ivory wrap — in English or 中文, whichever you prefer.
当然可以。结账时附上您的留言，我们会以手写贺卡随附于招牌米白色包装中 — 中英文皆可。
What if a specific flower isn't available?花材替换
Because we work with fresh, seasonal blooms, an exact stem may occasionally be unavailable. When that happens we substitute a flower of equal or greater value, keeping the overall style, palette and feel of your arrangement intact.
由于我们采用当季新鲜花材，个别花种偶尔可能缺货。遇此情况，我们会以同等或更高价值的花材替代，并保持作品整体的风格、色调与感觉不变。
Where are you located, and when are you open?地址与营业时间
Our studio is at M2-19-06 Menara 2, 8Trium, Lot 62539, SD 23/5, Persiaran Cempaka, Bandar Sri Damansara, 52200 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia — visits by appointment for collections.
Working hours: Monday–Friday, 10:00am – 7:00pm. Outside these hours, message us on WhatsApp anytime and we'll reply as soon as we're back.
